Thursday, June 27th, 6pm - Greenflash Farm
Greenflash Farm harvests and provides our community with only the highest quality meat, vegetables, fruit, and flowers. As the current stewards of this land, they are dedicated to regenerative farming practices that do not exploit the area’s natural resources and, ultimately, aim to leave this land in a better state than we received it.
Thursday, July 18th, 6pm - Great Road Farm
Great Road Farm makes its home on 112 acres of beautiful, preserved farm land in Skillman, NJ 4 miles from downtown Princeton. Their growing methods focus on flavor and sustainability using bio-intensive techniques. As stewards of their farmland, they also consider themselves stewards of your health providing nutritious, wholesome food under the guidance of a thoughtful and deliberate food safety program.
Thursday, August 22nd, 6pm - Chickadee Creek Farm
Chickadee Creek Farm is a certified organic vegetable, flower and herb farm. The farm was started by Jess Niederer in 2010 and is located on part of their family farm. Four generations of their family have farmed in Hopewell Valley, NJ, and the previous generation preserved the land so that it can never be developed. In 2010, when Jess began her own business growing vegetables, she immediately began using organic practices. In July of 2012 organic certification began for the first five acres and as of 2017, 20 acres are fully certified organic.

The Mount Family is the 10th generation of farmers in central New Jersey and have been at our current location for over 40 years providing fresh fruits and vegetables as well as a community destination.
